Do I have a choice in where my vehicle is repaired?
Yes, According to Utah state law consumers have the right to choose a repair shop and are not required to get more than one estimate.
When is my deductible due?
When the repairs are finished and you pickup your vehicle your deductible is due to the shop.
Is the price of the repair less if I don’t use my insurance?
No, your estimate is written to repair your vehicle in accordance to manufacturer recommendations. Further methods of repair can be explained in detail by your Customer Service Representative.
What is the difference between an "insured" and a "claimant?"
"Claimant" means you are claiming the accident on someone else’s insurance. "Insured" means you are using your own insurance.
